Projecta dual battery volt meter DMB100

Hi everyone, I want some advice on wiring in this projecta dual battery volt meter. Most of it is pretty straight forward, I am just not sure where to connect the green wire labeled for headlight circuit. I believe once wired in it will dim the unit when headlights are turned on for evening driving. Attached is the supplied wiring diagram.

Any advice or tips much appreciated, thanks in advance.

Use an add on fuse to connect to the vehicles headlight (low beam) You are correct...by wiring to this circuit the unit will dim once your lights turn on. Read your manual and run the wire from the fuse box where your low beam is fused. Unsure of the correct name for the fuse...piggy back fuse, add a fuse, tap -in fuse.... Supercheap have them.
