What's behind the counts of Likes and Dislikes on photos

Hi, Just noticed that all the photo uploads has 438 Likes and 219 Dislikes.
Wondering how does that work or if that's something that we can ignore?

Just WFH. Feeling bored.

Someone made a forum change about 18 months ago and included the like/dislike button. It wasn't implemented properly and the tally is recorded across the whole forum not to an individual post as it's meant to be. Admins were made aware of it. Obviously not a priority of the webmaster, so just ignore it.
