Default NJ 6G72 Groan

Any ideas on a groaning sound coming from engine area. Cold, hot, doesnt matter. Noticeable around the 2000rpm range. Seems to be both sides of engine around manifold area. Just cant seem to trace. Very annoying. Dont know whether its an induction thing.
Also, anybody out there that can recommend an expert on these engines. Sth Eastern suburbs of Melb. preferred.
Thanks.
John

Hello John hope you are fine and unfortunately I don't know any expert of engines but hope you will find some good links from the other senior members.
