    Series II auto TC vs Series III TC lockup

    Everybody mentions the sensitivity of the Series III or later 5-speed TC lockup when they move from OEM 265/70R 16 to say 265/75R 16, and it's negative effect on fuel economy, even though cruise RPM is less. Is the Series II 4-speed as sensitive?
