Smile NS Factory bull bar fit

Hi All, I'm considering fitting an NS factory alloy bull bar to my 08 NS. I can source the bar from an 07 NS, but I 'll need the black rubber in-fills which go along under the headlights and just behind the bar uprights and cut across the guards. Anyone with any ideas on this one ? Ta. Steve

Smile NS Factory bull bar fit

Hi there Aussieintas,
thanks for replying.

I've looked at the posts, & on 1 or 2 other cars around my area. I'm currently in Adelaide.
The bloke who has the NS bar has fitted an ARB winch bar off Gumtree and kept the inserts.

It would seem that the bar will 'fit' straight onto my vehicle, although it will be in the original
position, which, in my view, is too close to the bodywork. Providing I can get the bar for a reasonable price, I'll be having a yarn with a mate who has a home workshop, we are both Engineering tradies, with a view to re-engineering the mounts in order to position the bar another 50mm or so out from the frontal bodywork.

Cheers, Steve

Question NS Factory bull bar fit-part2

Hi All,

I'm looking for someone in or near Adelaide who can assist me
in fitting my bull bar.

Due to further complications relating to spinal damage, I have found myself
unable to complete the job.

Accordingly, I am now seeking someone who can do the job as it's too heavy
work for me.

Can anyone assist in some way ?

Cheers,

Steve

Default NS Factory bull bar fit

Hi all,

I have the NS bullbar ready to be fitted to my 08 NS, but as the bar is off an 07 NS, it will not go straight on.
My vehicle was not configured out of the factory for a bullbar & so requires an amount of engineering work to allow the bar to fit to my vehicle.
I am currently on Bendigo and am prepared to pay someone to assist me.

Please contact me if you can assist me.

Cheers,

Steve Dart
