stud pattern

Hey guys,
I am looking camper with holden colorado (last few years) stud pattern. Any idea if this will be the same as an NT?

nt pajro had 18,17 or 16 wheels with a pcd d of 6x139.7 centre bore of 67.1 and et 46 with a stud of m12

colarado has same size wheels same pcd but a bore of 78.1 and et33 and m12

this is googled info buyer beware etc
