Spot to stay- Trip down past Sydney

Hi All

We are heading for a road trip down past Sydney. Any recommendation for place to stay/see along the way?

We will be camping and taking 3 days to make it down there. Traveling with two little ones too.

2012 PB Challenger- Auto; Full BushSkinz, Pioneer platform roof-rack, ScanGauge 2, Milspec rust proofing, custom seat mod +50mm legroom. Duel battery. Fridge box. Ome suspension.
