Forum was down for 15min our Web Guru tried an optimize on the database tables. So fingers crossed that's fixed the issue.

Working, but still quite slow. This reply window took nearly 3 minutes to come up.
TBH, I thought that the site being down last night was in response to the news of the end of the Pajero line.
