6G75 Engine into 2007 6G74 Triton

Hi All.

My son in law has stuffed his 2007 ML Triton engine.

I have read a few threads on people putting a 6G75 engine out of a 380 into a Pajero and also Tritons but have also read on other threads that it cannot be done.

What are people's experiences if any?

IT can be done
Easiest way is to strip donor 6g75 down to a bare long motor and reconfigure to suit the
triton setup. few little changes are required to how the engine mounts bolt to the block but nothing difficult.
Sump bolt patterns are slightly different too but not to sure how given your son inlaws triton is the 6g74.

Ive had a 6G75 in my MK since 2016
