Swapping alloy bullbar for ARB deluxe bar.NW paj

Has anyone replaced a factory alloy bullbar with an ARB bullbar?

currently there is 5 holes in each side of the chassis from the alloy bar.

I don't really want to drill another 3 holes in close proximity to the other holes ,I'm concerned the chassis will crack from a minor bump or winching..

    Any thoughts welcome

How close will the ARB bolt holes be to the MM ones?
If it is more than 10mm and the mounts clamp to the sides of the chassis rails like the MM ones do you should be OK.
Have heard about different bullbars and cracked mounts but not sure where.

I am about to fit a genuine MM bar but don’t have the fitting instructions or template for the holes.
Would it be too much to ask if you could take some photos and some measurements of the MM mounts and mounting holes?

    Cheers,
