Third Row Seat – Unable to remove – Need Help

Hi All,
Need help, trying to remove the third row seat in out NT Pajero, it has never given us trouble before but all of a sudden the passenger side locking mechanism will not release. Anyone had this problem and knows the fix it would be greatly appreciated.
