Any one uses a CB throat Mic

In particular for the Oricom 2295 model handheld CB

I got a couple of these on sale the other month and are now looking at some sort of mic/ear phone combination. I think the throat mics might be the way to go. So anyone with any experience of advice on earphones/mics for handheld cbs.
