Okay, mechanical question. Have had a PC for 4 yrs lifted for 3. Always been around 25-35mm higher and never had the vibration people talk about that they sometimes get. I had the rear main seal replaced about 6-8 weeks ago (gear box out and in by dealer under warranty). We went away on a big trip - towing for the last 2 weeks (I have always towed the camper prior). Since the seal replacement I have had a shudder/ knock/ vibration for a second or so between 5-10km and 1100 to 1250rpm approx when under load. Severity is load dependent. It goes away once higher speed and Rpm reached. Check engine/gearbox mounts all seem okay. No weights missing off tail shaft. No play in universals, No vibration dampeners damaged or missing. It feels like a thump with the vibration that I can feel through floor pan. Any ideas I’m stumped. Trying to work it out prior to taking to dealership as possible warranty. The bottom box mount is weird looking ie on an angle but looks normal.

Hi Clint,
If you did not have the noise before then it is highly likely they have reassembled something incorrectly or there is something loose.
If you can post a photo of the rear lower trans mount that you say is on an angle then I can compare this with my Auto.
