    Battery issues

    2014 NW with SuperCharge battery
Monday wouldnt start, took RACQ 2 batteries to jump it. Drove home no issue, indicator green & voltage with car running 14.4V so im assuming alternator is good ?
Jump in now 5 days later & dead as a door nail, car wont even try and crank over.
    Battery 12months old & 3 year warranty.

We have a RedArc unit for rear power(never used) but im guessing it wont drain battery that low.

Do i replace battery and put in a warranty claim or should i be looking at the car ?

Have driven it all week no issue until today ... dead

Anyone been in my position ?

Loose or dirty terminals? I'd try that. Remove +ve & - ve battery leads from the battery and give the posts and terminal clamps a scrub with a wire brush and see if that helps.
What is the battery voltage resting?
    Cheers, Hatto

What missing is the age of the Battery? I have been using the supercharge Gold batteries for a long time, never had one fail, and I change them out just before 4 years

Could be just a bad one, crap does happen

get the Red arc system checked..... I have seen MANY of these fail to disconnect the 2 batteries at low voltage.

It's just bad luck. The first one we bought from Battery World lasted over 4 years. The second one shit itself in 12 months. No drama, replaced under warranty.

              happens.
