Default Generic power antenna

My power antenna is broken and I wonder if anyone's used a generic antenna rather than OEM?

Thx.

Chris.

What is broken about it Chris?
If it is just the mast that is broken, you should be able to replace it fairly easily.
Or is the motor not working?
Cheers, Dan.

mast = easy.

bUT IF THE actual motor etc is stuffed, price from Mitsu $400!!!

So I got a cheapie ($150) from Super Crap Auto & installed that, still going good. The other option to to get a powered unit that sticks to the windscreen, they are about $40 & work well enough & you also eliminate the broken mast issue which I seemed to run into on a regular cycle.

If it is the mast it is only a 5 min job to do and you can get them from E-Bay http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Power-Ant...item1e63f912e5 this is the one I got from E-Bay it only took 3-4 days to get it and about $30 less the repco and supercheap hope this helps
