    Hello from Sth Oz

howdy all, new to every part of 4wd, so new I haven't got 1 yet. I have been looking for around a month now, and its starting to melt my brain. I was interested in a Prado around 2004 model, but just couldn't justify paying 20G for a high mileage vehicle. Anyway someone suggested a Pajero, so I had been looking at the NS, until I found this website. The info on this website has been Gold, and am now looking for an NT. Will keep you all informed on what I find, and thankyou all for the great advise.

    Cheers Mutley.

Just watch outforNT rusty door tops. NW fixed this problem.
I believe early NT autos had DPF- best avoided.

      Welcome mate.

Yes, early NTs had a DPF but it is a completely passive system. It is completely different to the DPFs that caused issues in the NSs. Therefore there is no need to avoid the early NTs.
