We’ve been told that the 8-speed transmission is just one of many all-new features coming for the Pajero Sport with active stability, traction control as well as hill descent control to be included.

Check out this video of the new vehicle performing some off road testing here in Australia, and making the most of the off road mode selector to switch easily between modes mid-climb.

That simply would have slipped, cocked a wheel in the rut and slipped on the other three. Gravity and steep.....would be a hell of a ride in the wet!
