Hi,
I am having a problem with I suspect my alternator as the battery light is on and battery voltage when the engine is running is around 11.8v.
I was having a poke around near the battery just to check the connections and I noticed a loom with a connector and 2 wires just hanging.
The wires are Yel/Blk and Blk and seem to come from the round drum (vacuum gen?) that is behind the battery.
Apologies... I am not that car tech savvy...
Hopefully you can see in the attachment.
Should these be connected to something. It seems strange that they would just be hanging there with wires on...
