    Hey chief,

Definitely don't have that on my one, but looks like a good spot for mounting switches. Now just have to get some air-lockers to cater for the new switch spot

Dont think its a factory switch location, but I agree, looks like a perfect spot for a couple of switches! Might put my reversing/camp light switch there (when I make/buy a light).

Close up pic would be good. What does it say on the switch? Looks alot like my rear door lock/unlock switch. But mine is up near the steering column.

yes, but if i had a close up i would probably know what it is already

its not the rear door lock button, if you look closely its got a light on it which much illuminate when the switch is engaged?

my guess is the previous owners used a rear window demister switch to power something else. I am using a rear demister switch out of a 80s magna for my driving lights (exactly the same switch shape as the pajeros standard demister switch)

It might be to operate the smoke screen.

On my Gen 2 that spot was empty, but I moved my antenna switch there when the diff lock went in.

nope its not, ive got the import fog light switch and its right next tot he rear demister switch.

my demister switch also has no text on it (only the light with the demister symbol over the top), so I dont think its one of those either....
