Hi Guys just thought I would post up a list of some of our gear we are currently working on that is not Pajero related. I'll post up pics as they come to hand, but thought I would put them in one location rather then individual threads. Also all these new guards will be made from 4mm steep and powder coated Satin Black.

Mitsubishi:
ML/MN Triton Rock Sliders

Toyota:
Prado 120 series Front/Sump Guard

Landcruiser 100 series IFS Front/Sump Guard

Landcruiser 100 series IFS V8 Transmission/Transfer case guard (suits BushSkinz Front/Sump Guard).

Landcruiser 200 series Front/Sump Guard

Nissan:
Navara D22 Front/Sump Guard

Navara D40 Front/Sump Guard

Pathfinder R51 Front/Sump Guard


Next on the list for Development:

Prado 150 Front/Sump Guard
Prado 120 Transmission Guard


Will also be looking at some Land Rovers along with Ford Ranger, BT50, Colorado etc but they are further down the list for now unless something comes up.

LC100 IFS Guards

Toyota Land Cruiser 100 IFS Front/Sump Guard and V8 Auto Trans Guard Completed (Trans guard either required our front guard or modifying of the factory front/sump guard). Still need to test fitment for the Diesel etc.

Any updates on the triton sliders?

are they planning to be "upswept" or flat "steps"?

Hi 4wd26,
I just picked up the mounting brackets from the laser cutters this morning, so I will be trying to borrow one of the local Triton's tomorrow afternoon so that I can tac weld the mounts together and put it up to make sure everything is right before welding it all up. They will be a flat design as it is more popular, but will be reasonably skinny profile so they don't stick out to far and get caught on the edge of ruts etc.

To be honest there is no real benefit of having them kick upwards aside from making them more awkward as an actual step. The lowest point on the step is still under the sill.

Navara D22 Front/Sump Guards are finished should be powder coated on Thursday so hopefully will get one fitted up on Friday and will post up some Pics.

Here we go guys this is the D22 Navara Front/Sump guard. One significant differences between ours and the other on the market aside from being out of 4mm steel is that we use a clamping bracket over the cross member which we feel is the best way to go as others pick up the large main bolts which attach the cross member itself. We don't feel there is enough thread on these bolts to add the guard to the equation and replacing the bolts entirely with longer ones would be a job that most people would not be comfortable doing.

Anyway attached are a few pics and I have no doubt that the vehicle I have installed this one too will give it an absolute flogging.

No worries mate shouldn't be too long now, just waiting on the second prototype to test fit up which should be spot on this time (only had to do some minor adjustments). So hopefully in the next couple of weeks I will have a couple of sets in stock.

It's been a long time in the making but we finally have the front sump guard for the D40 and R51 pathfinder available. Just had the first one fitted up to a D40 by one of our outlets yesterday.
