Hi guys up to date with emails again from today so you should have reply's, still didn't get a chance to get on top of the PM's though spent all day today packaging , in meetings and underneath a 150 series Prado.

Just a little heads up regarding the transmssion guard....when I tightened the 2 bolts at the crossmember , I managed to " pull " one of the nuts off it....they are only spot welded..
Solution.....I took the crossmember off and fully welded the nuts to the crossmember..
And while I was at it, I welded a couple of 4 mm packers to the top of those two square posts, so the plate pulled hard onto them..Comment
