Default Washer fluid bad leak and sensor

Hello, Need a litle help here

A few days ago I have been driving to a bit of bumpy road and at night I noticed something leaking. This was washer fluid leaking from bottom washer tank. Then my washer fluid light came on at my dashboard and I think that is probably due fluid lost.

Anyone knows how to repair this leak? Is this leak at the washer fluid sensor? (I see two blue wires going to it)
I filled it with 6l fluid and I still got orange washer fluid light on dashboard. I dont know if it was sensor fail or something else but its really anoying...
Pumps for windscreen and headlights works fine.

Any help or advice/suggestion is appreciated

Default

Sorry for double post. If anyone have this problem, here is what was:

I figured fixed it my self. Washer fluid sensor had cracked somehow inside and I manage to got used one from scrapers. Just needed to cut old and connect new wires. For now it's working fine and no dash light.

Cheers
