Default 3.8ltr Y-pipe/cats Help!

The left Catalytic Converter is plugged on my 2003. it's been an on going issues for two years, last summer it started stalling out, but only on really hot days above 35degs. The shop said it was throwing a code for plugged cat, so I replace the large one last fall, I noticed the old one wasn't plugged when I removed it.

Now the car is stalling again, and on really hot days (touching 40deg) it won't even run! SO it can only mean the small cats on the Y-pipe are the culprit. I discovered the gasket on the left is leaking, so I assume the left is the worst.

I am in Canada, and Pajeros/Monteros are not so popular here, I am having a hard time finding replacement.
I have found one for a 2004-06, but mine is a 2003! Whats the difference?

I need to get this fixed asap
Thanks for any help,
