    PC Challenger valve clearance check

    I am after some advice on doing the valve clearances on my PC.

    What gaskets will be required.

    Repco says $380 for what looks like the valve cover gasket which is probably reusable anyway, and about 8 seals.

    PC Challenger. TJM bar and winch. Dual battery with Redarc dc-dc, Redarc trailer brake controller. USB outlets everywhere, Uniden UH5060 UHF, $0.45 EGR mod. Lovells springs and Bilstein shocks For 50mm lift. LED spotties. MM 4X4 Automate. Airtec snorkel, Hancook dynapro, Bushskinz skid plates x3 + side steps.Torqit peddle thing. Torqit Power Module.

      Last time Mitsubishi dealer did the valve adjustment I supplied the above kit and they added

      1 Ml1540A422 Gasket-inlet manifold ... $12.89
      1 Ml1540A050 Gasket-inlet manifold ... $12.21

          Send him a message, I got it for 50 including postage a few months ago. I will do mine for the first time at 105K which is in 1500 k's. Got a timing belt kit too to go in.
