    Sandy Cape

A taste of things to come (another bloody story coming up ):

Gravel and caves and sand and surf and cache and shacks.

Oh and BTW, bloody wind too.

You'd need a long stick to cook a snag on that fire

Can't wait to hear it Shane.

We LOVED Sandy Cape. Beautiful spot, great fishing off the headland.

Good read. Nice lookin spot. Your right about the shacks. Local developer will be paying someone a wad of cash to get his own way. Happens all over Oz now. The greedy corporations and business,s look at everything as a $ value.

I've bookmarked your blog for a later read but that pic of the dry creek bed looks very much like Stockyard Gully.

There may be a reason for that

Yeah I recognized that straight away as well. I was there about a year and a half ago. I didn't know anything about it before and was pretty impressed with those caves. It was a stinking hot day when we were there but it was nice and cool in the cave.

True, True about the $$ and places closing etc... Just look what RAC did to the Cervantes Caravan Pk. All the loyal semi perms are forced out-no compo and to be largely chalets all through so we have been led to believe. All for the dollar and the rest.
