Oh come on. The roof antenna on the PC Challenger is fantastic at been jammed the roof pod causig hours of annoyance until you remember what is going on and flick it upright Deigned by the same people that brought you the beep madly reversing sensors that you can not permanently switch off

I would think the new roof rails would be a lot stronger than the PB/PC Challenger ones. Does anyone know what is the official ratting of the Sport? The PC I think is 85 kilograms, and even then you can damage them on long rough tracks like the Simpson.

According to the Pajero Sport Owner's Manual 11-5, "Maximum Roof Load - 80Kg."
That would include the weight of the roof racks and the load placed thereon.
                  Regards.....Keith.

Yes 80kg would include the weight of the rack or basket, and the would be on-road only, not off road or 100's of kms of corrugated dirt.
