love the body shape, also very easy to drive and parallell park, without feeling like driving a truck

OK, I own an NM and I have driven the NH? 2.6 4cyl. However will vote for NP. Probably the only thing that stops the NM being a FANTASTIC 4WD is the lack of Traction Control.

The later models are all great, and as said, evolution sees the vehicles improve each time, however since the NP, improvements have only been minor (weighed up against cost).

Put a locker in the NM and I think you just about have it...
01 NM Exceed 3.5l Auto, SVI LPG, Pacemakers, Alloy Bar, IPF lights, GME TX3440, OME/King Suspension, 2" Lift, Toyo OCII 75's, 2500Kg Tow Hitch, Milford Cargo Barrier, ARB Fridge, ABR Dual Battery isolator, Rear storage drawers, Hema Navigator 7, JVC 7" In dash DVD, TJM Compressor, 2.5T Hand winch and all the bits that go with it, and a 17' Jayco Westport.

I've only had the one Pajero, the NP 3.2 Exceed. Prior to that, I was a Patrol/Cruiser bloke but saw the "Batmobile" guards of the NM and fell in love with that style but just waited for the bigger engine. I would love to keep it forever, but for money reasons, I am now awaiting my new NT.
Ex-2005 NP Exceed, 2" lift, HD Springs, NARVA HID, Aux Tank. Now Range Rover Sport.

          best pajero

depending on what you use your car for would depend on what you thought was better for your situation.in my case i have had an nm,np and now an nt model.the nm and np were pretty close in terms of appearance and performance, however now the nt suits me as i need the 7 seats and the ability to load up the car with the family and still be able to tow ecconomically and safely long distances.

Certainly leaning more towards the NT now. 18 months and still not one particular drama with the vehicle.
Good to see the poll going well.

I have seven seats, and do all the above with my trusty '99 NL 3.5L SOHC auto! Never lets me down and doesn't leak in heavy rain. Excellent mountain climber too. Explains why NL rated up there with best of them. Seems to be hard to make them much better. Love that car. Cheers
