    Noises when turning

Hey guys i have heard a noise for a few weeks when i turn and go over something there is a groaning noise i read somewhere that it is because of loose bolts if this is true can someone please give me an idea on were they are so i can have a look to see if this is the problem.

    Cheers,
    Dion.

if this noise appears when you make say a U turn , it could be your front CV uni joints [ clunk clunk clunk sound ] also it could be your front wheel bearings that are worn or not adjusted up , check wheel bolts aswell. you need to fathom out where you think this noise is coming from eg; front or rear of vehicle.

I get the same noise, i think it may be anti roll bar?? (im only guessing) it could be cv's though but mine are still fine after 2 years of the noise. It might be something steering related, idler arm etc?

If you do find out what it is, please post it up so i can check mine

you should check and lubricate the top swing arm wishbone as the end bushes may be dry.

It's the steering stop, a piece of metal sticking up at right angles to the lower wishbone, rubbing when on full lock. A little grease cures it.

My old NB used to do the same, when the father-in-law bought it the two bolts holding the upper wishbone came out and the wheel developed severe negative camber.

So just for safety sake check they're tight or the wheel may try coming off.
