That piece of plastic just has plastic pop in lugs pretending to be screws, it literally takes less than a minute to remove... having said that as noted above the pedal plug is bloody hard to get off... I know OL sells them and surely any 4x4 or auto store that sells them would help you throw it in for a few extra bucks
