Valve adjust pajero 3.8 2008

good evening
I make overall to my Pajero 2008 3.8 engine 6g75 not starting now I scan it its give me
p0340
And I am not sure about the steps adjusting the valves if you have any idea please help me thank you

Comes up as cam shaft position sensor fault.
the 6g75 uses hydraulic lifters so there is no valve adjustment that can be done as such.

6G75 has hydraulic exhaust but manual intake valves. See here;

If you have had the engine apart and now it won't start, check all the wiring connectors are correctly plugged in. When I did my valves / spark plugs some of the wiring plug retaining clips broke, I've had to secure those plugs in place with zip ties.
