Surprisely, a lot of good diesel engine oil come with semi-syn like Penrite.

According to the Valvoline lube guide:

If operating consistently above 40 deg C, use ALL FLEET PLUS E900 15W-40, ALL FLEET E900 15W-40, DIESEL EXTRA 15W-40 or SUPER DIESEL 15W-40.

The summer is coming in Vic.

Found Bunnings sells MULTI-FIT FILTERS from Valvoline, unfortunately there's no filter for pajero, but it's good for other normal cars.
