    STD Suspension height

I am trying to find out what the stock suspension heights should be on an NW DiD manual ( same as auto I assume) I found this in a thread ""front axle normally sit around the 495mm to 500mm ride height once they are a few years old, new factory specifications is 503mm to 505mm"" but wanted the measurement for the rear also aw well as understand where these are taken from as they are not the traditional ground to centre of guard edge.
    Many Thanks
