    bladder tanks

For those of you with experience with bladder water tanks, do they fill satisfactorily using gravity feed only and with a small head (around 600mm) or do they need to be filled under some sort of pressure?

Reason I ask is because my brother-in-law is proposing to put one in his boat which will be gravity fed (600mm head) and with a pipe run of around 5 -6 metres from the filling point to the tank. I'm somewhat sceptical it will fill to its 200 ltr capacity but, without any experience with them, it's just a gut feeling.

As long as the bladder is lower they do fill but slowly. Even through a filter.
