      Nice one!

Just some info, last time I 'went bush' the local cops were very hot on the fishing rod holders on the front of 4WDs. The caravan park went as far as warning people that they should be aware that the police would pull them over if they saw you getting around town with those things on the font. This is in WA, don't know if laws are the same in SA.

Cheers Keith, yeah it's not legal in SA too. I try to minimise the use of the holders on sealed roads and don't often put the rod holders on until I get to basecamp.

For example, you'll notice at the start of the video looking out of the windscreen the holders are not on the bullbars.

They are coming down hard on Rod Holders here too... Anything that protrudes out the front of Bull bars is Illegal in most states... They 'love' LED lights on top of Bull Bars as well....

                bloody well edited there mate.

I know the effort required to capture so much footage and then get home and pull it all together.

                That sir was brilliant.
I've been considering the mi drone to add to the arsenal of camera gear and you all but just motivated me to pull the trigger on one.

                cheers Brett

yeah very cheap. i've been holding off waiting for the bugs to be worked out and other than trying some small ones many years ago I havent flown one in ages.

Seems like these ones like the dgi all but fly themselves etc.

if it happens, I'll let you know.

Nice pics and looked like an epic trip. I gather you are using the auto track feature of the Mavic for some of the shots? Looking at buying one for our water-skiing. I'm told they are fast enough to track a skier.

Can I ask what video editing software you are using?
