front end noise and diff thud noise

Gday team,

Im starting to notice some noises on the Pajero.

Firstly

My front end has a bit of noise coming from the suspension. Symptoms are generally speed bumps, pot holes and road imperfections. Really just the small suspension movements. Just some small clunks here and there. Sound like some bushes to me but I'm unsure. Is there a common set that wear out? Im at 175000 kms

Also the rear diff. Sitting in 5th gear on the freeway. Imagine you go from not accelerating to accelerating. Theres a slight clunk / thud coming from the rear. I'm assuming its my diff bushes are worn but would love some opinions
