Hey all,
Scratching head trying work this one out.
Yesterday my 02v6NM Paj was being very moody and having quit the hissyfit.
Stalled at every set of traffic lights, no throttle response from rest until a certain point in throttle pedal travel was reached, which kicked back in at about 2k on the tacho, check engine light also proudly illuminated.
My somewhat misguided obvious conclusion was the TPS, but when I got back home (eventually) I ran the self diagnosis (morse code dash lights) and she came back with errors 12,13 and 25. All pointing at the MAF.
This morning went into garage to do a couple of tests with my multimeter, and when I started her, the check engine light was off, and she's purring like a Kitten??????
While engine running, unplugged MAF engine revs increased by approx 150-ish rpm, ran fine, plug MAF back in, engine dropped back to 'normal'750-ish RPM.
So I'm just looking to pick the brains of some people before I go out and blow $$ on parts she may not need........
