ALDI LED lightbar - not too bad

ALDI have a 4x4 special on this weekend.

One of the items is a LED lightbar. I'm recommending it because I could never justify the price of a brand name LED bar but I picked up one of these ALDI bars about 12 months ago on a whim.

It has been great. Easy to DIY install - the remote (wireless) switch is a good touch. The light output is awesome (I don't know why you would want more than it throws) and it has withstood getting driven through scrub and full immersion in water (light and control panel both).

I don't work for ALDI - I just like bargains and I reckon this is one.

We know you've heard about them. ALDI’s Special Buys can include anything from electronics, gardening to clothing & furniture. Get a sneak peek of what's coming today.

I saw that in their catalogue and wondered what they were like. You’d want to be there when the doors opened I reckon as they’ll probably only have a handful of them.

    Cheers

These are a 60 watt and Stedi lights in Hoppers Crossing Vic have a 120 Watt 24" Cree light bar with 2 year warranty for around $150 shipped ..................... happy as with mine and a good strong sturdy unit.
Aldis price appears a bit steep for 60watt

If you call his shop he will look after you Eddie
No affiliation just a good product at a good price.

Our lights won’t fade, turn yellow, and fall off at the first sign of corrugations. We’ve achieved a strong yet neutral beam character, which maintains a pleasant temperature of 5600K. Unmistakable performance.

thanks for the heads up don't need an lightbar but I like the look of the mitre saw, for my occasional use it should be perfect and a bit better than the cheap masters/bunnings offering.

I think I might give the driving lights a go

Hopefully I can compete with the regular Aldi Ninja's that are there every Saturday

Any thoughts on the roof rack? $80 seems too good to be true.

Just noticed that it requires roof rails (which I don't have). Nuts.

What about the awning? Any experience with aftermarket awnings and whether they fit/don't fit roof racks?
