Default Rear coil spacer

Quick question regarding rear coil spacers.
I'm looking at putting in 20mm spacers and I'm wondering if others are leaving the standard coil spring bush and fitting the spacer on-top or removing it and just using the poly spacer?

If you are fitting a 20mm spacer to the upper coil pad it needs to be a one piece spacer and specially shaped so it locates the coil correctly. 20mm spacer will increase your ride height between 35mm to 40mm.

i used landcruiser 80 series front spacers, i think they were 25mm spacer & had about 40mm lift, i left the rubber bush above the spacer, i had them in there for about 60,000km with no drams

I removed my standard rubber bush when fitting the poly spacer. It eventually settled a little lower than I liked so I put the standard rubber one back, so now I have both. My poly spacer was only 15mm though.
