OzHitch is like Treg but with horizontal pin.

I can open the rear door fully and don't need a Spare Lift kit.

Ive had mine for several years and have no worries opening door. It is also so easy to reverse up to and hitch on using the rear view camers..Easy and quick one man job with no expletives needed!!
