Vibration between 100-120km/h under acceleration after 50mm lift

    Hi Guys,

Has anyone experienced similar, or can share any advice?

I recently put a 50mm kings / bilstein lift in the pajero with HHD front and HD rear, with a 6mm front strut spacer to help level it all out (also run bullbar, winch, dual bat)

I have put new tyres on (BFG K02) and had them balanced and aligned (NOTE that this problem with the vibration occured with the old tyres still installed also, so is not tyres).

Only since I have put the lift in, in 4H only (not 2H) there is a vibration which is audible and can also feel through the body of the car - this only occurs between 100-120km/h under acceleration, while coasting or low acceleration the vibration disappears.

Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated as I'm worried something is going to break.

    Rear Alignment

    Hi,

Similar issue - fixed by getting a really good tyre shop to do a rear alignment. That fixed it. The suspension shop did not do the rear alignment correctly.
