If they keep sagging after a lift and the bolt hasn't moved then yep, Peter92 had a similar issue and new t/bars fixed it up i beleive.

Do the other stuff first and see how you go if you want to, t/bars can be put in anytime by themselves, you won't save anytime by doing them all at once.
It's not like pulling the engine out for reco then deciding to put a new clutch kit in cause you don't want to split the tranny/engine again 6mths later for a new clutch like me

when i looked under her a few hours ago at work it actuall looks like the bolt
has loosened when it was lifted up a fair amount of clean thread was sticking through but now looks to appear dropped about 10mm of clean thread

Measure them with a ruler or tape measure to make sure, last thing you want is to hit the beatin track with twisted torsion bars

p.s although if they were twisted they would sag regardless of lift i imagine, it'd be like putting spacers under your coils only to find a day later that your back to stock height, it's unheard of

i'm think of the same scenario as you are
might look into geting the $607 kit and put it in see how it goes
what cha reckon or get a complete kit with t/bars for $889

and see what he thinks been told by a member on here t/bars are 91-94 are 1278 then after that you require longer ones

Gq springs, front re indexed and adjusted to 3" lift. No broken torsion bars (lmfao at that one!!!!!), no broken cvs or anything and it gets to see a fair bit of tough low range tracks.

No mate, it's done nearly 40 000 at that height without issue. I re indexed the bars, so it's still got all th adjustment left on the thread.
                      Cheers, chris

I'm wondering if you've got a stripped thread, which is allowing the torsion bar adjuster to keep slipping back down?
I can't really see the adjustment bolt unwinding itself that quickly while it's under load, even if the lock nut wasn't done up.
Your torsion bar isn't going to sag that quickly, and even if it did, firstly you'd run out of adjustment without re-indexing the bar, and secondly the bars must be made of plastecine.

Has anyone had issues with the alignment/ needing to reset any of the bushes?

I've got patrol coils and a set of shocks sitting in the shed I was gonna do the lift while rebuilding the steering links and suspension just curious if anyone's struggled aligning the front end after the lift
