Head rests

Hi there everybody.
The head rests on the backseats are coming undone at the stitching along the top edge , so does anybody know how the cover is removed so I can sow it up. It looks like something happens at the lower seam but I can't get it apart.

Fixed

Just to let you know it does come apart along the bottom edge , a 10 mm plastic groove clips it together. All fixed looks like new.
