For all of us who've been impatiently waiting.....

Well it's official- ARB have finally released & priced the new Frontier 128L fuel tank.
Dropped in there today & the manager handed me the info sheets.

See attached images of spec sheets & formal quote.

    Sounds pretty damn good.

No info sadly on how low it will hang under the car other than the spec sheet wording as you'll see.

    Cheers,
    Sam

Great work ARB, you have missed a model. Where is the NP?
I am sure it will fit, as it is identical to the NM.
Combine this tank with the LRA 81L aux tank, and you have some serious range!
2004 NP DiD GLX, 5 spd Manual with SMF, ARB Bullbar, Ironman 12000lb winch, Lightforce Genesis lights, Airtec Snorkel, 81L LRA tank, Unifilter, GME 3500 UHF, Redarc elec brake controller, ARB dual Batt tray with 60AH Deep cycle Batt & Redarc Isolator, Bushskinz Sliders, intercooler and sump guards, Lovells raised HD springs, Polyairs & Bilstein shocks, Milford Cargo Barrier, Philips +100 globes, 2nd set of rims with 245/75x16 Bighorns, Waeco 60L Fridge & a Cavalier camper trailer!

$1895 in Queensland, including $155 for a modification plate. I don't believe all states take the mod plate, but you might get stung more for freight to WA.

It's horses for courses in my opinion - I spent a lot to get an extra 40 litres in Shorty, and reckon it's one of the best mods I've made.

Awesome!! To me it's a great idea and not that horrendously expensive. Will they do fitting instructions as that would make it even more affordable.

I found the 90L a bit annoying on long road trips. I always carried 2 jerries and have never had to use them, but the extra range would have mean I could have been a bit more fussy on which petrol stations to fill up at and a big plus when towing.

I don't have an arb tank obviously, but crossing the Nullarbor last week, Nundroo to Norseman (1050km's) without having to stop for fuel and still having half a tank load left was nothing short of freaking awesome. Love a long range tank - once you get over the purchase cost.

The extra 20lt in the ARB $2000 fitted tank is a top up. It's less than a quarter of the standard tank.
