I just burned a disc. Used BurnAware Free. Clicked on ISO BURN and the disaggregated iso file was created on disc with correct file and folder layout and correct disc title. All good. Thanks to above posters.

Hi,
I have been trying to access the torrent download for the maps update but seems to be no longer active for download.

Would someone in the Brisbane area have a copy of the file that they would like to share or sell?

I have a 2014 NW Exceed and it has SD card for maps (or so it seems). Any idea how to update it?

Burn issues

Hi all, I apologise in advance if this is asking too much. I got my 2010 exceed 2 weeks ago and I’m still learning about pajero ownership. I’ve found a 2020 version Of the maps disc. but I don’t really want to shell out the cash until I know upgrading is something that can be done easily. I attempted burning the torrent but after about 5 attempts it seems my burner is dead. Is anyone able to burn me a copy of the 17 edition and maybe post it to me?
I’d happily pay or send a bottle of wine or something if you could, I’d appreciate it a lot

My guess is NO

Usually these things (via a sd card or Hard drive) write an encrypted file the first time they are used, locking it to the 1 GPS device,
the only way around this would be to copy the SD card as an image BEFORE it gets put into a unit..

Ditto , I thought my mmcs was on its last legs and started sourcing a replacement. But I just burnt another ISO from the torrent downloaded in January and it’s happy again. So I can burn one for you if you need it .

I don't need it - I've already got an iso
since the disc spins 24/7 I'd say it gets pretty hot and deteriorates
pretty sure it's a 2016 version ? (From the info screen)

Is 2017 the latest update of the maps?
I have the Rockford mmcs sitting here that came with my 2012 NW (I have upgraded)
I would like to upgrade the maps before giving it away.
