    Rear CV Boot part number

Just had one of the original rear CV boots crack and needs to be replaced. Just been told by a reputable parts supplier that they don't have a part number for that part.

Has any one bought them lately. Done a search here but nothing much about them.
Mine are original and just clocked 406K so maybe not many have been replaced yet.

Have a look at Partsouq.com mate

Many on here have used them, normally cheqper than aussie bought, genuine parts and can search via VIN.

Thanks for that. Looks like it is about $205 delivered and can't see if there is a difference between RR and LR. Mine is LR web site only shows RR. You wouldn't think there is a difference but stranger things have been known to happen.

Any way more research locally and there is a place that reconditions CV joints that will sell me the boots that will fit for $35 each. But if I pull it out and bring it to them they will clean it up and fit the boots for an extra $40.

Now is getting covered in grease and chasing balls around the floor worth saving $40?

I have done the front ones a few years ago so have a bit of an idea what to do.

      Spend the $40.

I thought this may be of interest. genuine parts cost about $217.35 33111 and 33107 $199.50. Parts suit suit V77 2004 with 32mm shafts.
