Have put an order in for one of the genuine Mann & Hummel Provent 200 kits. Possibly paying close to an extra $100 by not coming up with my own install.
But will certainly be saving a lot of time and effort
Looking ahead to replacement filters; those that already run these what options have you tried out? Have seen cheaper single use filters as well as washable
stainless steel filters. Pro and Cons???
Will post some photos once I've installed it.
Cheers,

Catch Can arrived today! Really happy with how quick they processed the order and posted it
Took me about an hour to install with plenty of faffing about on my part. In the end a very easy job with only a couple of things niggling me.
Ended up with some slight kinking to outlet hose and not 100% happy where I have drain hose routed. will see how both things go.

Cheers,
Jim.
I am wondering how the instal of the Provent finished up.
I am looking for a complete kit as I too don't want to muck about drilling holes and making brackets etc.
Cheers

I did read somewhere on this forum the cost to have a mechanic remove ,clean and replace could be around $1,000 to $1,500.NW Platinum 2012. Narva Ultima 225 spotlights with 55w HID globes. ECB Bullbar. Dual battery Red Ark Isolator.

Hi Sooby,
sorry for late reply. Catch Can install has gone fine. Kink in pipe has rounded out over time and relieved further by rotating can canister anti clockwise a few degrees.
Also had manifold removed and cleaned with recently done 90,000 km service. My mechanic only added a couple of hours labour extra to do it.

Just had a look at some of your photographs on your signature shortcut. Got some terrific shots there. I have always been a wildlife fan. The birds look great.
