BK 2008 BROKEN ARM ASSY SUSP LWR RH Part #: 4013A210

    Hi.
The right ARM ASSY SUSP LWR RH broke.
Mitsubishi dealer installed Part number: 4013A210.
Later on, there are small knocking sounds as the Pajero front right wheel is passing a small hole such as sewer cover on the road.

I found that the replaced arm moves back and forth.
On the left (original) arm there is no problem.
Also the rubber Arm Bushings that were replaced as well, are different from the original ones.
The original one has “I” Shape and the new one is ”T” shape.

“I” Shape can’t be removed from arm. It is part of the arm.
”T” shape can be removed from arm.
The dealer says this is the part and it is the way it should be! ???
    1. Does anyone know something about it?
    2. What is the difference between parts MAB-031 to MAB-063 and MAB-032? Do they create the “”I” Shape together?
    3. Could be that MAB-031 / MAB-063 / MAB-032 are missing?
    Thank you.
I will be happy to share Video on mail.

I can't help but thanks for sharing your information, it'd be a good thing to check over on the vehicle, my NT thumps a little on the left front, could be this.

Check this video about working on the Pajero front suspension, it has a few pictures of the upper arm and the bushes all look like they are the 'T' shape. But it's a Gen 3 vehicle, not Gen 4. Maybe your dealer is using a Gen3 part in your Gen4
      2010 MY 2011 VR-X V6. Stock standard.

Previously 02 NM auto V6 Exceed silver. Extra transmission cooler & transmission temp gauge, activated rear lights, Impco sequential LPG system, Redback (Wildcat) Headers, heavy duty radiator. Lovells shocks F & R, Polyair bags in rear.

My original Pajero experience - '90 NG Superwagon, 3.0 V6 manual bought new and kept until 1998. Great vehicle, no problems apart from the noisy valve lifters typical of that engine.
