Great work. I'll update mine tonight. Thanks Pasniny and Stoneman.
Would it be worth sending the updated settings to the Scangauge or Ample Outdoors people?

Just out of interest are we talking about the Auto Transmission from a NT/NW or the NS where this correction is concerned. The transmissions are different and the sensor/s will likely be different. I have run the MTH: 00010001FFD8 on my scan guage (NS Pajero) now for nearly two years and can confirm that the ambient and Transmission temperatures are always within 1 degree celcuis of each other in the morning, i.e. after an overnight cooling down and first moments after starting of the vehicle. Logically this could be assumed that the X guage code is correct for my vehicle. I am curious if this still is the case after this correction has been applied.

        Cheers,

        Steve

This sounds about right. I paid $189 for mine about 6 years ago.

I hope this isn't a dumb question, has anyone got the maths for using scanguage to measure EGT's or is it even possible?

Not in NT - there's no temperature probe in the exhaust.

There are temperature probes in the NS, for the DPF. NS owners might be able to find those temps, but I've never heard of it being done.nnnnn

Yes, it is possible to read the 3x EGT sensors on 3.2L 4M41 Pajero with the active (closed type) DPF system (but not on the passive (open type) system as they don't have sensors).

You can read about it on my post here: https://www2.pajeroclub.com.au/forum...896#post642896

These configurations are currently only for Torque Pro, but if anyone has a ScanGuage I'd be happy to try help them.
