Heads what to do.

Hi all,
(asking for opinions here so if in wrong spot sorry and could mods move or let me know)
I have 2 sets of 3.0lt heads.
1 set 12 valve type and 1 set of 24 valve type (frt cam sensor type)

All I know about the 12 valve ones is that it may have had head gaset gone but was still running engine when removed.

I know nothing of the 24 valve heads as from a motor from wreckers for parts.

My question is are they worth anything or strip for scrap alloy.

Some head reco or change over places can pay for used heads but depends on the demand.
