Post your actual code and issue than someone might be able to help, I doubt very much itís the scan tool and if you have a basic understanding of how they work you would get why Iím making this comment

You say a low voltage, what low voltage? What sensor?

I donít understand how you had the codes but expected the scan tool to just remove them if you have not diagnosed anything?
Any half arsed mechanic would know this, maybe Iím missing something

Looks like you have plenty of cooks in the kitchen though
